Earn sustainably. Attract better-fit clients.
Create space for life.

A 12-month accelerator for independent experts who want freedom and financial security – without burning out, selling out, or second-guessing every decision.

You’ve outgrown the scrappy stage - but haven’t yet found a model that feels solid and scalable.

You’ve built credibility - but the business still feels scattered.

You’re ready to step into a business model that reflects your value and supports real growth. One that’s profitable by design, with pricing and offers that evolve with you – not ones you constantly tweak just to keep up.

You’re visible - but not always to the right people.

You want your marketing to do more than get attention. You want it to call in better-fit clients who already trust your approach, so you spend less time convincing and more time delivering work you’re proud of.

You’re working hard - but not always on the right things.

You want to protect space for deep work, white space, and real life without losing momentum. Because sustainable growth isn’t about doing more – it’s about doing what actually moves the needle.

This is where independent experts stop winging it - and start running a business that actually works.

This isn’t for beginners. It’s for experienced professionals who’ve made the leap – but are now ready to grow with clarity, confidence, and integrity.

Over 12 months inside the Accelerator, you’ll recalibrate your business around what actually works- for your life, your strengths, and your goals:

  • A business model that fits your life – and funds it.
Step into the CEO role – with a model, message, and momentum that reflects who you are now.

  • Pricing and positioning that reflect your depth.
No more undercharging or overexplaining. You’ll know your value – and so will your clients.

  • A simple, sustainable client flow.
So you’re not churning out content or second-guessing every marketing move.

  • A circle of peers who get it.
No fluff. No competition. Just honest insight, practical support, and smart conversations with fellow experts.

So you can finally build a business that gives you both freedom and financial security.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all formula.

It’s a curated, high-touch community designed for independent experts who want clarity, momentum, and meaningful growth – on their terms.

You’ll get expert eyes on your business.
Real feedback.
Strategic partnership.
And a structure that actually helps you move – not just learn.

Ready to build a business that works - for your life, not just your clients?

We open doors just three times a year. Every intake is carefully curated to protect the calibre and chemistry of the group.

If you’re ready for strategic support, real momentum, and a business that reflects your values, apply now to be considered for the next cohort.

What makes this different

No hustle. No hype. No cookie-cutter funnels.

Just strategic partnership, clear guidance, and real results – delivered with depth and integrity.

Carefully curated. Quietly powerful. And designed for independent experts who are ready to lead, not chase.

Still have questions?
We’ve got you covered.

The next cohort starts in January 2026. Doors open to the waitlist in early December 2025. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and places are limited.

That’s exactly why the Accelerator exists. You don’t need to be “ready”, just willing. We’ll help you untangle the mess, find your focus, and build a business that actually works for you.

You’ll kick off with a private strategy call, join your first group session, and get access to the core tools and training. From there, you’ll hit the ground running with a clear focus and personalised support.

Start with an application. If 1:1 work is a better fit right now, we’ll talk you through the options – no pressure either way.

✓ 1:1 kick-off strategy session
✓ Fortnightly live group coaching
✓ 3 x 90-day focus sprints
✓ Voice-note feedback and check-ins
✓ Access to training, tools, and templates
✓ A high-calibre peer community
✓ A private WhatsApp group for support

The programme is designed to fit around your client work. Most members spend 2–3 hours a month on live calls, plus extra time if they want to go deeper with resources.

Very. Anna knows every member’s business inside-out. You’ll get tailored feedback through group coaching, written check-ins, and direct voice-note replies, so you’re never just a face on a Zoom call.

If you’re an independent expert – consultant, coach, trainer, strategist, or service provider – then, yes. This programme is designed for you.

You’re in the right place. We teach human, high-trust sales – no sleaze, no pressure. Just clear messaging and a simple process that fits your style.

You don’t need to “go viral”. We’ll help you build confidence gradually, with visibility strategies that feel natural and aligned, not performative.

By the end of the year, you’ll have:

  • A more intentional, profitable business model

  • Clear, confident pricing

  • A simple marketing rhythm that works for you

  • More ease, clarity, and control

  • Greater income and freedom, without the chaos

Of course, results vary – but these are the consistent shifts we see from committed members.

The investment is £1,35000 for 9 months, or £500 per quarter.

For comparison, a year of 1:1 coaching with Anna is £9,000, so the Accelerator is a more accessible way to get expert guidance, with a powerful peer container alongside.

No. This is a high-touch programme, not a passive course. We’re all in, and we ask that you are too. Show up, do the work, and we’ll be right beside you every step of the way.

For any other questions not covered here, get in touch
and we’ll help you get the information you need to make a decision.

Ready to think differently about
what comes next?

Book a call. It is a 30-minute conversation – no hard sell, no pressure. We will talk about where you are, what you are trying to work through, and whether this is the right kind of support for that. If it is not, Anna will tell you.

Join the list for the next intake.

What information we collect and why

We only ever collect the information that we need in order to serve you.

Generally, this just means collecting your first name and email address that you enter, for example, when you request a resource, register for a webinar, or submit a message via a contact form.

If you are a paying customer, we also collect your billing information including your last name and your postal address.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Contact forms

We use Gravity Forms to allow you to contact us via the website. We will use the information you submit for the sole purpose of that specific form and will explicitly ask you to provide your consent to allow us to do so.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Advertising and Analytics

Google

We use Google Analytics to track and optimise performance on this site as well as embedding video content from YouTube, and this means that your web browser automatically sends certain information to Google. This includes the URL of the page that you’re visiting and your IP address. Google may also set cookies on your browser or read cookies that are already there. Apps that use Google advertising services also share information with Google, such as the name of the app and a unique identifier for advertising.

Google uses the information shared by sites and apps to deliver our services, maintain and improve them, develop new services, measure the effectiveness of advertising, protect against fraud and abuse and personalise content and ads that you see on Google and on our partners’ sites and apps. See their Privacy Policy to learn more about how they process data for each of these purposes, and their Advertising page for more about Google ads, how your information is used in the context of advertising and how long Google stores this information.

Facebook

We use the conversion tracking and custom audiences via the Facebook pixel on our website. This allows user behaviour to be tracked after they have been redirected to our website by clicking on a Facebook ad and enables us to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook ads. The data collected in this way is anonymous to us, i.e. we do not see the personal data of individual users. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook, who may link this information to your Facebook account and also use it for its own promotional purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s Data Usage Policy https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

You can allow Facebook and its partners to place ads on and off Facebook. A cookie may also be stored on your computer for these purposes. You can revoke your permission directly on Facebook here: https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen. For more guidance on opting out you can also consult http://www.aboutads.info/choices.

Who we share your data with

We use a number of third parties to provide us with services which are necessary to run our business or to assist us with running our business and who process your information for us on our behalf. These include a hosting and email provider (Siteground), mailing list provider (GetResponse), and a payment provider (Stripe).

Your information will be shared with these service providers only where necessary to enable us to run our business.

How long we maintain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

The main reason for collecting this information is to be able to send you resources, updates and, sometimes, information and products and services, as well as for internal record keeping.

The rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password that lets you access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential and we ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
