Architect

Build a commercially strong business, designed around a life that works for you.

A 12-week solopreneur business coaching programme for experienced experts who are ready to build differently.

Next 2026 cohort starts September | £3,500 inc VAT.

This is for you if you want the next stage of independence to be:

simpler in structure

stronger commercially

calmer in demand

lighter in delivery

You didn’t choose self-employment to recreate the 9 to 5.

Architect is where we apply the Solopreneur OS™ to redesign your business - so that you can do meaningful work with people who get it, in a way that fits your life.

The Solopreneur OS

The Solopreneur OS™

A business that works is designed, not improvised. For solopreneurs, it comes down to three essentials – when they align, the business becomes simpler to run and stronger commercially.

  1. DESIGN: (Re-)design your model for profit and capacity.
  2. DEMAND: Create demand without constant pushing.
  3. DELIVERY: Streamline delivery so it’s sustainable.

Architect is where we apply this lens to your business and make the decisions stick.

The Solopreneur OS

In 12 weeks, you'll have:

  • A clear core model (offers, pricing, capacity decisions)

  • Messaging you can stick with

  • A sustainable visibility plan that fits your capacity

  • A simple sales pathway (interest → conversation → decision)

  • A lighter delivery model (boundaries, scope, systems that stick)
  • A 90-day plan for what happens next

What we work on inside Architect

DESIGNING YOUR BUSINESS MODEL WITH INTENTION

  • Refine your core offer(s) – and decide what to stop selling
  • Strengthen pricing and packages so profit matches your capacity
  • Redesign your model around real-life constraints (term-time, energy, life)
  • Sharpen your positioning so it’s easier to explain – and easier to choose

BUILDING CONSISTENT DEMAND FOR YOU AND YOUR SERVICES

  • Tighten your message so your value is instantly clear
  • Choose a visibility approach you can sustain without constant pushing
  • Streamline a simple, ethical sales pathway from interest to decision
  • Build a calmer content rhythm that supports demand (not a hamster wheel)

ESTABLISHING SUSTAINABLE DELIVERY RHYTHMS

  • Lighten delivery so results don’t require over-delivering
  • Clarify boundaries and expectations (scope, access, turnaround)
  • Put lean systems in place so the business runs without living in your head
  • Design a weekly rhythm that protects focus, energy, and consistency

FAQs

Architect is a 12-week small-cohort programme that helps you redesign your solopreneur business using the Solopreneur OS (Design, Demand, Delivery). The focus is on building a business that is commercially strong and designed around real life, so it feels simpler to run and easier to sustain

Architect is for experienced solopreneurs and independent experts who already have credibility and paying clients and want to build the next stage of their business differently. It’s especially suited to service businesses (coaching, consulting, creative and specialist experts) who want clarity, clean margins, and a life-first model.

You’ll have a clear core model (offers, pricing, capacity decisions), messaging you can stick with, a sustainable visibility plan that fits your capacity, and a simple sales pathway from interest to decision. You’ll also redesign delivery so boundaries and systems hold, and you’ll leave with a 90-day plan for what happens next.

The Solopreneur OS is a structural lens for building a business as a solo operator. It brings together three essentials: Design (your business model and capacity), Demand (how the right clients find you), and Delivery (how the work runs sustainably). Architect applies this lens to your specific business so you can make clear decisions and implement them.

We work across the three pillars of the OS. You’ll refine your offers and pricing, sharpen positioning and messaging, build a simple ethical sales pathway, choose a visibility approach you can sustain, and redesign delivery and systems so the business runs with more ease week to week.

Architect includes fortnightly 90-minute Design Studio calls, fortnightly hot seat Clinics, weekly check-ins with micro-feedback, and templates/tools alongside a private community space. It’s a small cohort, designed to combine structure, peer momentum, and tailored support.

The investment as of January 2026 is £3,500 (VAT included).

Design Studio calls run fortnightly Tuesdays, 12:00–13:30 UK, and Hot Seat Clinics run fortnightly Thursdays, 11:00–12:00 UK (GMT).

Yes. There are planned breaks around February half-term and Easter, and the rhythm is designed to work within school hours and real capacity.

Live calls are where coaching and decision-making happen, so attending is strongly recommended. If you miss occasionally, you can stay on track through the resources, check-ins, and the next live touchpoints.

Architect is delivered as a small cohort with tailored support through Studios, Clinics, and weekly check-ins with micro-feedback. It’s designed to be high-touch and personal without relying on unlimited 1:1 access.

Apply using the form on this page. You’ll hear back personally, and if we’re new to each other we’ll book a short fit call before confirming your place.

It’s both structured and personalised. You’ll get a clear framework and sequence, but the work is applied directly to your business through coaching, decision-making support, and implementation guidance so changes actually stick.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Advertising and Analytics

Google

We use Google Analytics to track and optimise performance on this site as well as embedding video content from YouTube, and this means that your web browser automatically sends certain information to Google. This includes the URL of the page that you’re visiting and your IP address. Google may also set cookies on your browser or read cookies that are already there. Apps that use Google advertising services also share information with Google, such as the name of the app and a unique identifier for advertising.

Google uses the information shared by sites and apps to deliver our services, maintain and improve them, develop new services, measure the effectiveness of advertising, protect against fraud and abuse and personalise content and ads that you see on Google and on our partners’ sites and apps. See their Privacy Policy to learn more about how they process data for each of these purposes, and their Advertising page for more about Google ads, how your information is used in the context of advertising and how long Google stores this information.

Facebook

We use the conversion tracking and custom audiences via the Facebook pixel on our website. This allows user behaviour to be tracked after they have been redirected to our website by clicking on a Facebook ad and enables us to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook ads. The data collected in this way is anonymous to us, i.e. we do not see the personal data of individual users. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook, who may link this information to your Facebook account and also use it for its own promotional purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s Data Usage Policy https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

Who we share your data with

We use a number of third parties to provide us with services which are necessary to run our business or to assist us with running our business and who process your information for us on our behalf. These include a hosting and email provider (Siteground), mailing list provider (GetResponse), and a payment provider (Stripe).

Your information will be shared with these service providers only where necessary to enable us to run our business.

How long we maintain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

The main reason for collecting this information is to be able to send you resources, updates and, sometimes, information and products and services, as well as for internal record keeping.

The rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
